Tell us about your business, what services do you offer?

BoxGioia is a gifts atelier focused on curating special gift edits to connect people with creating memorable experiences. Every single BoxGioia curated to show your deepest feelings and sent with love. Here at BoxGioia we offer a selection of carefully curated gift boxes for all occasions, from birthdays and thank yous to congratulations, weddings or a new home. We are also happy to create any gift combination from our product range or even look for something new to provide a totally unique and extra special gifting experience. Whether you're looking for corporate gifting, personalised wedding favours, group gifts, birthdays, anniversaries or simply want to send your team some care packages, we offer beautiful, cheerful, energising bespoke gifts.

What is your greatest business achievement so far?

We have touched more than 1000s people's lives with our boxes. We helped them to share their deepest feelings. We have witnessed some very special stories during lock down, we have received 100s of personal thank you notes from both sides. That's the greatest motivation for us.

What do you want to achieve next?

We would like to source more local products from different countries to have a broader range of products. We are working on some partnership projects, hoping to finalise them in the next couple of months.

What one piece of advice would you like to offer someone thinking of entering into your field?

Day to day execution and customer satisfaction is the key for any business. Start with a team of people who are passionate about spreading love and who are great with problem solving. This is a very delightful field so the customer is really always right, you have to have a great process. Do not over promise, always over deliver.

What encouraged you to join Hampstead Hive and what has your experience been like so far within the Hive?

When you start a new business it's very substantial to test it with your own community. It's a great opportunity to hear their needs in person and to get 1-1 feedback. I’m very much looking forward to joining the gatherings and meeting more of the Hive members.
