COCOON FAMILY SUPPORT

cocoonfamilysupport donate

CFS is a Post Natal Depression (PND) charity, which was started by a local mum. It is of direct relevance to the target group of Hampstead Mums, so we have been fundraising for them. We have started "renting out" the pinned post on the facebook group to small local businesses. This is great for helping the small business to raise awareness in a local environment, as well as raising much needed funding for Cocoon Family Support.

Our gratitude goes to these businesses for donating to CFS:

LEVILILLY PHOTOGRAPHY £20
1001 REMEDIES £13
WRAP A HUG £13
BABY AND CHILDRENS MARKET £13
LONDON THERMO MIXER £13

Monika from Balancing Reiki has offered to donate £10 for every 1 hour session (£40/hr) at your own home, if you mention "Hampstead Mums" when booking. This is an exclusive offer for us, and she will donate it to Cocoon Family Support, a local PND charity that Hampstead Mums has been supporting through the website and facebook page. She will also donate 10% of payment if you go for the package price. Offer valid to 31/12/15.

CLOTHING DONATIONS

The Winch - They are looking for donations of gently used Children's Clothing (Newborn - 5 years) & maternity clothing. Drop offs on Monday and Friday 10-4. 137 Hamilton Terrace, Garden Flat. Contact Elizabeth at 07767311468 with queries.

With a little love London - You can donate and borrow children's clothes from this charity set up in Camden. A great way of reducing waste, especially in the first 2 years where the clothes are normally in great condition as they grow out of it so quickly!

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteer Gardeners needed for World Peace Garden Camden.

The World Peace Garden Camden, adjacent to Hampstead Heath Overground Station, is an oasis of calm and inspiration. Many local volunteers have given their time and effort to help clear and transform the site but we need volunteers to help maintain the garden. Our aim has been to provide a peaceful and harmonious environment with a landscaping feature that is both thought provoking and visually appealing; our garden continues to evolve, flourish and inspire.
